Suicide is the 3rd highest cause of death (homicide and accidental precede) amongst young people. While I commend Glee tonight for taking on the topic about bullying and suicide among the gay community, I think they should have had more of an overall stance on the prevention of teen and young adult suicide. They completely ignored Quinn’s story when it is just as big as a concern. I understand that the gay theme is a big part of Glee but they also need to realize that not all of their audience is part of that community and struggles just as much with bullying and other issues. I’ll get off my soap box now.
